CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Services and Immediate Delivery

NOMADIUM LIMITED operates nomadium.cn as a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing digital access to electronic parts catalogs and VIN decoding data. Due to the nature of digital deliveries, access to the platform and data quotas are provisioned immediately upon successful verification of the transaction funds.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

The Customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that all sales of data packages, time-limited access codes, and SaaS quota licenses are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Once an account has been upgraded or a query quota has been allocated to the user dashboard, NOMADIUM LIMITED will not issue refunds, credits, or chargebacks under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • The Customer purchasing an incorrect data tier.
  • The Customer failing to utilize the allocated VIN-decoding queries within the selected time window.
  • Technical interoperability deficiencies on the Customer's operating hardware or local web browser.
  • Occasional missing records or data variances within third-party supplier datasets.

3. Evaluation and Free Test Drive Layer

To ensure that our digital platform meets your professional corporate infrastructure requirements, NOMADIUM LIMITED provides a complimentary "Test Drive" package comprising 3 unique VIN queries. The Customer is legally expected and strictly advised to thoroughly test the live database layouts during this evaluation layer prior to executing any high-value net corporate wire payments or online card charges.

4. Unauthorized Scraping and Abuse Termination

As outlined in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), NOMADIUM LIMITED maintains continuous security monitoring scripts. If an account is automatically flagged or permanently suspended due to an infraction—such as automated data extraction, mass scraping, or account credential sharing—the Customer forfeits all active digital quotas immediately and remains completely ineligible for any form of monetary refund.

5. Support and Dispute Resolution

If you experience an unexpected connectivity failure or server downtime during your active package layer, please contact our technical operations team immediately. We will review server logs and, where appropriate, manually credit missing action quotas back to your corporate dashboard balance.
