Questions and answers
How do I get access?
Click “Sign up”, fill in the form and choose a username and password. We review your request — usually within one business day — and open access with 3 free requests. You then log in with your own username and password.
How are requests counted?
VIN decoding is 1 request, and the same VIN is free for the rest of the day. Opening a brand catalog is 1 request, everything inside is free. Part number search is 1 request, only if the part is found. Your balance is always shown in the cabinet header.
What if a VIN isn't found?
No request is charged. Check the VIN — 17 characters, Latin letters and digits only — or pick the brand and model manually.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The cabinet opens in any browser — on a computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to install.
How many devices can I use?
One login works on one device at a time. Logging in on another device ends the previous session. For several employees, choose the Enterprise plan.
How do I pay and renew?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll send payment details. After payment we extend your term and top up requests the same day.

NOMADIUM is a B2B platform providing digital access to automotive EPC catalog data and VIN decoding. We are an IT company that processes and aggregates automotive data, helping businesses identify parts and vehicle configurations.
Does NOMADIUM sell auto parts?
No. NOMADIUM LIMITED is an information technology and software provider. We do not manufacture, store, distribute or ship any physical parts. All services are provided strictly in a digital SaaS format.
Can I use the data on marketplaces?
Yes, to support your listings — provided you do not modify the core data and your usage stays within your plan.
Can I download data to my server?
You may temporarily cache individual records for normal internal work. Systematic downloading, scraping or creating a permanent copy of the database is prohibited.
Can I use the data for my own brand?
The data is licensed as an information resource for your professional work. You may not modify it to rebrand parts as your own without a separate enterprise agreement.
Why does access end when my subscription expires?
A subscription is a licence to access the up-to-date database for the paid term. When it ends, access to the cabinet is closed until renewal.
How can I tell that a data source is legitimate?
NOMADIUM LIMITED distributes data only through its own platform nomadium.cn and verified resellers. If in doubt, contact us at operations@nomadium.cn.
